Buckeye Christian Church

Here at Buckeye, we believe in gathering people together for lively discussions, instruction and reflection on the Bible.  Our Adult Sunday Ministry is led by men and women of character who are full of fire about the Word of God.  We offer five different adult classes each and every Sunday morning; and each class has its own style and covers its own topics.  Yet, all our classes are unified in their excellent approach to Bible teaching and community building.

While many churches have either done away with Sunday School for adults, or have let the program fade into stagnation, at Buckeye we have committed ourselves to excellence in Adult Sunday School.  We view the Sunday School hour as an important opportunity to connect believers with the Bible, with the church community, and with God.

There are many different Adult Sunday School classes at Buckeye for you to choose from:

• Men's Class - meets in the library room at 9:30 a.m.  Jug Derring is the teacher.

• Ladies Class - taught by our senior minister's wife, Christy Kirtlan, in room 102.

• Standing Stone Adult Class - meets in the kitchen each Sunday monring and it taught by Don Lowry.  Most members of this class are married but anyone is welcome to come.

• Adult Class - meets in room 107.  This is an in depth verse by verse study of a book of the Bible.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  The class is taught by Jerry Casto.
